Job Duties
WILL TRAIN TO GREET CUSTOMERS, KNOW MENU, TAKE ORDERS, SERVE FOOD AND DRINKS TO DINERS, CLEAN AND SET TABLES, REPLACE SOILED TABLE LINENS, REPLENISH SUPPLY OF CLEAN LINENS, SILVERWARE, GLASSWARE, AND DISHES, AND MAINTAIN SANITARY CONDITIONS IN DINING AREA IN A HOTEL RESTAURANT. COMPLY WITH LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS, ORDERS, AND MANDATES RELATED TO CLEANING AND SANITATION REQUIRED TO COMBAT COVID 19. SHIFTS REQUIRED TO WORK ARE: 7AM-4PM AND/OR 4PM-12AM. AT LEAST 35 HOURS PER WEEK, 5 DAYS PER WEEK, DAYS AND SHIFTS MAY VARY. OVERTIME MAY BE AVAILABLE.
