Job Duties
Perform a variety of activities to ensure a consistent and excellent dining experience for the guests. Take food and drink orders from customers. Serve food and beverages. Ensure food and beverages being served to the guests meet company standards for quality and appearance before they are served. Greet and seat customers. Present menu to customers and answer any questions. Ensure work area is cleaned prior to, during, and after service. Prepare hot, cold, or mixed drinks for patrons. Check to ensure patrons are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Set up tables / rooms before service and clear tables after service. Set up food and beverages on trays or buffets for service to guests. Stock service areas with supplies and linens. Keep work areas clean including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and taking out the trash. Perform additional server duties as assigned.

F.a.5a-F.a.6b: 35 hours/week, OT varies; shifts are often 7+ hours with 30 minute unpaid break each shift; 5 days/week (Sun-Sat, schedule varies and includes evenings and weekends; business is open 7 days/week); shifts vary based on venue and may be any time between 5:30 am to 1:00 am
F.b.9a: Workers will be paid no less than $11.34 per hour. Employer may pay higher wage rates to workers based on seniority with employer and level of skill. Overtime hours may vary and will be paid no less than $17.01 per hour. Bonus available for full completion of agreed upon employment period.
D & S North, LLC, dba Mission Point Resort utilizes the tip credit provision outlined in the act. Wage is $3.80 per hour for regular hours and $5.70 for overtime hours. Mission Point Resort will claim a maximum tip credit of $5.85 per hour. The actual hourly rate earned (computed as a combination of tips received and base hourly rate) is guaranteed to meet or exceed $11.34 per hour for regular hours and $17.01 per hour for overtime. This calculation shall be performed on a weekly basis.
