9 fulltime, temporary, seasonal jobs available 4/1/21-11/17/21. Employer: Maidstone Club, 50 Old Beach Lane, East Hampton, NY 11937. Duties: Responsible for . Use of hand & power tools such as ride on mowers, trimmers, weedeaters, blowers. Laying of sod, planting, sprinkler installation, digging, raking & watering.Will report directly to Superintendent of the Maidstone Club. not provided by employer. 3 month experience required (in maintaining grounds at a high end hotel, resort or private club), no education required. On the job training provided. Work days:vary Mon-Sun, 6am-2pm, 40 hours/week at $17.75-24.00/hour. OT available at $26.63-36.00/hour. Work schedule can vary and can include evening and weekend hours. A singleworkweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. Optional employer provided housing including utilities are available at no cost to the worker. Employer-provided meals are provided when served each day, at no cost to the employee. Additional optional benefits may be offered to worker, for worker's sole benefit, including but not limited to a 401k plan, eligible after employee works for one year and at least 1000 hours (enrollment begins on the quarter following the completion of this requirement) If voluntarily elected by worker, employee costs/contributions for benefits will be deducted from paycheck. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing,border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary,lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if theworker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $12.68/day without receipts or up to $55/day with receipts. The employerguarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least 3/4ths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
