Safely move, carry and set up dining tables, chairs and buffet supplies such as air pots and urns for coffee, beverage dispensers, pitchers, chafers, and food pans. Deliver food and beverages, clean tables, remove dirty dishes, replace soiled table linens; set tables, replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes; supply service/buffet/cold/hot bar with food and beverages; serve items such as water, condiments, and coffee to patrons; assigned side work. Minimum 35-hours per week. Open 7-days a week. Multiple 8-hour shifts vary between 5:00am - 5:00am. Will work a general schedule of 40h/w, 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm or 3pm-11pm, workdays vary Sun-Sat. Hours and shifts may vary with occupancy.
