Job Duties
We raise corn and soybeans and most of our own maintenance. In the spring and fall, we do all our field work like tilling, planting, and manure spreading. In the summer we complete small construction projects on the farm that is only able to be completed in good weather and above freezing temperatures. In the fall we will combine/harvest crop and hauling harvest crop to storage bins and grain elevators. Spring through fall is our busiest time of the year where we need more people to help get everything done on time. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer's discretion.
